CANIACS FANS FILL BUSES FOR AFFILIATE GAME IN NORFOLK

Team to host holiday skate for season-ticket holders

RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 16, 2004) – Matt West, Vice President of Business Operations for the Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that all available seats have been filled for the team’s season-ticket-holder trip to see its American Hockey League affiliate Lowell Lock Monsters take on the Norfolk Admirals on Dec. 11. The team will provide buses to take fans to the Norfolk Scope Arena and return to Raleigh following the game.

“We’re excited by the enthusiastic response to the Norfolk trip and pleased to continue to provide opportunities that keep us in touch with our loyal fans,� said West.

Season-ticket holders may still request tickets to the Dec. 11, game until Fri., Nov. 19, by calling 1-888-NHL-TIX-1.

The team has also planned a Holiday Skate for its season-ticket and suite holders for Thurs., Dec. 2, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Refreshments will be provided and members of the Hurricanes’ coaching staff will participate. A limited quantity of ice skates will be available for fans that do not have their own skates.
