Canes to Host USO of North Carolina Military Drive

RALEIGH, NC – Jon Chase, Director of Community Relations and Promotions for the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team will hold a drive to collect supplies to benefit the USO of North Carolina.

Fans donating at least one item will receive a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) ticket voucher for the Feb. 28 game against the Nashville Predators. Vouchers can be redeemed until game time on Feb. 28 for most price categories in the arena, subject to availability and restriction.

Donations for the USO of North Carolina can be placed in one of the bins located at the VIP Entrance of the RBC Center from Feb. 20 until game time on Feb. 28. Items needed include travel size toiletry items, energy/meal bars, dry snacks, batteries and socks. For a complete list of accepted items, visit
