Alumni Game Social Announcement

RALEIGH, NC. -The Carolina Hurricanes will host the 10th annual Alumni Game on Monday, February 20, at Carter-Finley Stadium. This exclusive event allows fans a chance to skate alongside Hurricanes Alumni and have a one-of-a-kind outdoor game experience. All proceeds from the event will benefit the

The Alumni Game will start at 4 p.m. and is open to the public. No tickets are required for fans, but the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation will be accepting optional donations at the gates. The game will consist of three 20-minute periods and will include one full intermission following the second period. Prior to the game, there will be an alumni autograph signing for fans. Additional logistical details will be announced at a later date.
Teams will be captained by Rod Brind'Amour and Justin Williams, and participating alumni include Bates Battaglia, Jesse Boulerice, Tim Brent, Erik Cole, Mike Commodore, Jeff Daniels, Tim Gleason, Sean Hill, Chad LaRose, Steve Rice, Aaron Ward, Cam Ward and Shane Willis.
A limited number of roster spots are available for fans interested in participating in the Alumni Game. Players must be at least 18 years old and have hockey-playing experience. The entry fee for playing in the Alumni Game is $5,000 and includes participation in a unique experience on our outdoor rink. There will be a Team Reveal and Reception on Sunday night, during which participants will be placed on either Brind'Amour's or Williams' team.
