by Ken Preston / Carolina Hurricanes
RALEIGH, NC – Bill Nowicki, Vice President of Ticket Operations for the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that individual-game tickets for all 2014-15 preseason and regular-season Hurricanes games at PNC Arena will go on sale to the public on Friday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m. The public onsale will follow an exclusive individual-game buying period for Hurricanes season ticket holders that began Tuesday.

The public onsale will include the Hurricanes’ nine family nights for the 2014-15 season, eight of which fall on Fridays and Sundays. Family night packages include four tickets, four hot dogs, four popcorns and four Pepsi beverages, and start at just $99 per package. The Hurricanes’ 2014-15 family night schedule can be found here.

The 2014-15 season will be the first in which the Hurricanes will use a tiered pricing system with eight of the team’s 41 regular-season home games being labeled Marquee and Marquee Gold games. These games feature popular opponents and fall on desirable nights. Limited promotional pricing for individual-game tickets will be available for Marquee or Marquee Gold games. A list of these games can be found here.

Individual-game tickets can be purchased at the PNC Arena Box Office, at Ticketmaster locations, via or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.

The Carolina Hurricanes open their 2014 exhibition schedule at PNC Arena on Sept. 21 against the Columbus Blue Jackets, and will kick off the 2014-15 regular-season campaign on Oct. 10 against the New York Islanders.
