2000 NHL ENTRY DRAFT

The 2000 NHL Entry Draft will take place June 24-25 at Calgary’s Canadian Airlines Saddledome.

Carolina has a total of 10 draft picks during the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, including the 14th overall pick in the first round and two selections, the 46th and 60th overall, in the second round. The Hurricanes also have a pick in the third round (77th), two picks in the fourth round (105th, 107th), and single picks in the sixth (167th), seventh (197th), eighth (227th), and ninth rounds (257th).
