VGK Preseason Contests To Be Available In Northern Nevada And Utah

Games available in Reno on Nevada Sports Network, KNSN; in SLC on KJZZ-14

VEGAS (September 13, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolz announced today, September 13, that every Golden Knights preseason game will not only be seen in Las Vegas on KTNV Channel 13, but also in Reno, Nevada and Salt Lake City, Utah. The Golden Knights open their preseason slate on Sunday, September 15 at 1:30 p.m. PT against the Arizona Coyotes.

"It is very exciting that we were able to partner with stations in our outer television markets to broadcast all of our preseason games," Bubolz said. "Our support in our outer markets has been incredible and broadcasting our games in those areas is a testament to our fans."

VGK games will be available in Reno, Nevada on the Nevada Sports Network, KNSN. All the games will be shown live on the network excluding the Golden Knights game against the Los Angeles Kings (September 27), which will be shown in tape delay on Saturday, September 28.

VGK Games will be available on KJZZ-14 in Salt Lake City, Utah excluding the Golden Knights game on Thursday, September 19 at the Los Angeles Kings. That game, which pits Vegas against Los Angeles, will be seen in the Beehive State on KMYU.

Dave Goucher will provide the play-by-play call with Shane Hnidy providing analysis. The games will also be available in Spanish through the Second Audio Program (SAP) function during home games, as all home preseason games will be broadcast locally on Deportes Vegas 1460 AM.
