VEGAS (July 7, 2018) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today , July 7, that the team has signed defenseman Colin Miller to a four-year contract through the 2021 -22 season worth an average annual value of $3.875 million.

Miller, 25, led all defensemen on the team and turned in a career-high of 41 points (10 G, 31 A) including five goals and 17 points on the power play to go with 53 penalty minutes during the 2017-18 regular season. He tacked on seven more points (3 G, 4 A) during the 2017-18 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario native, has collected 70 points (19 G, 51 A) to go with 147 penalty minutes in 185 career games over the course of three seasons with the Golden Knights and Boston Bruins.
Miller was selected by the Vegas Golden Knights during the 2017 Expansion Draft on June 21 from the Bruins.
