VEGAS (July 14, 2022)- Vegas Golden Knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon announced today, July 14, the following roster transactions:

Manninen, a native of Finland, recently completed his fourth season playing in the KHL. The forward spent the 2021-22 campaign with Salavat Yulaev Ufa and led the team in scoring with 19 goals in 38 KHL games. Internationally, Manninen has represented Finland at various levels including the Olympics and the IIHF World Championship, winning gold during both competitions. In May, the 30-year-old scored the game-winning goal against Canada to win the IIHF tournament.
Foo spent three years playing in the KHL with Kunlun Red Star. The forward skated in 154 KHL games, posting 76 points (31 G, 45 A). Before his time in Russia, Foo appeared in four NHL games with the Calgary Flames and an additional 129 AHL games with the Stockton Heat. The Alberta native also played three years at Union College and was a Hobey Baker Award finalist in 2016-17, when he finished second nationally with 62 points (26 G, 36 A) in 38 NCAA games.
