The Vegas Golden Knights (17-11-0) started their four-game road trip with a dominant 4-1 victory against the Boston Bruins (14-9-2) on Tuesday night at TD Garden.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
Shea Theodore got the scoring started with his fourth goal of the season at 13:04 of the opening frame. Max Pacioretty added to the lead two minutes later before Jonathan Marchessault's buzzer-beating goal as the first period expired to give Vegas a 3-0 lead through 20 minutes. Pacioretty scored again early in the second to extend the Golden Knights' advantage to 4-0. Patrice Bergeron got the Bruins on the board 21 seconds into the third, but it was all Boston mustered as Vegas snagged the 4-1 win.
TOP PERFORMERS
Chandler Stephenson:Stephenson became the first player in Golden Knights history to record at least three assists in consecutive games as he picked up three helpers in Boston.
Max Pacioretty: Pacioretty extended his goal scoring streak to seven games as he netted two goals. He has scored 12 goals in the last 11 games.
Mark Stone: Stone posted a pair of assists to extend his point streak to nine games. He has 15 points (4G, 11A) in that stretch.
Robin Lehner:Lehner held the Bruins to just one goal as he made 23 saves on 24 shots.

The victory was Vegas' first at TD Garden in franchise history. The Golden Knights were 0-3-0 in Boston before Tuesday's win.
