At the end of the first period between the Vegas Golden Knights and St. Louis Blues on Jan. 4 at T-Mobile Arena, the home team found itself in a 3-0 hole.

The Golden Knights had never overcome a three-goal deficit to win in their two-and-a-half years in the NHL, but that all changed in a 5-4 overtime win for Vegas. The win was just the beginning of an eventful day at The Fortress.
