LAST TIME OUT
Trailing 2-1 after 20 minutes, the Golden Knights had an offensive outburst as they put three pucks into the Edmonton net in only 2:22. Cody Eakin started the period off with a shorthanded goal, Max Pacioretty scored at even strength and Jonathan Marchessault notched a power play goal to turn a 2-1 deficit into a 4-2 lead. Marchessault scored again in the third and then set up Reilly Smith for a goal to go up 6-2. A late answer from Edmonton brought the score to its final, a 6-3 win for Vegas.
