With two exhibition victories already in their back pockets, the Vegas Golden Knights forge on in the preseason for a game against the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. PT at Staples Center. Tune in on KTNV Channel 13 and FOX Sports Radio 98.9/1340 in Las Vegas.

NOTES
VGK fans in Reno can watch the game on the Nevada Sports Network while Utah-based fans can catch the action on KMYU 12.

Vegas will have a 20-man roster for Thursday's game. A morning skate will be held at City National Arena for traveling players at 10 a.m. PT with non-gamers skating at 11 a.m.

The Golden Knights enter Thursday's action with a running shutout streak of 110:52. The last goal surrendered by Vegas this preseason was at the 9:08 mark of the first period Sunday against the Coyotes.

LAST TIME OUT
Garret Sparks steered aside all 24 shots that came his way Tuesday night in Colorado as the Golden Knights topped the Avalanche, 5-0. Brandon Pirri (2G, 1A), Valentin Zykov (1G, 1A) and Tomas Nosek (2A) each had multi-point efforts for Vegas in the win as the team has now registered 10 unanswered goals during the course of the last two games.

KEY TO THE GAME
Keep Improving: After his three-point showing in Denver, Pirri said that despite the team's victory, there are areas they need to clean up before the regular season. This is another opportunity to tidy up play.
