LAST TIME OUT
Vegas came out on the winning end of a see-saw game against the Chicago Blackhawks on Dec. 6 at T-Mobile Arena. Trailing 3-2 in the third period, the Golden Knights received goals from Jonathan Marchessault and Alex Tuch just 12 seconds apart to churn out a 4-3 victory.

STREAKS
Vegas hopes to end a two-game regular season losing streak to the Kings on Saturday. Los Angeles won back-to-back games against the Golden Knights on Feb. 26-27 last season.
Shea Theodore and Deryk Engelland are each on two-game point streaks.
OPPOSITION UPDATE
The Kings have a record of 10-18-1 and sit in last place in the Western Conference.
Captain Anze Kopitar has paced the Kings in scoring with 18 points through 28 games played. Drew Doughty has been productive on the blue line as he's chipped in two goals and 14 assists and averages 26:56 of ice time each night.

Be the 68th win in franchise history
Give the Golden Knights a three-game win streak
KEYS TO THE GAME
Manage Emotions: Vegas and Los Angeles haven't had a chance to renew their rivalry since last season's playoff series. This is an important game for both teams and with that comes physicality.
Keep It Down: The Kings have the lowest goals-per-game average in the league with 2.10. If Vegas can keep them to one or two goals, the hot offensive success of late can carry the Golden Knights to victory.
