The Vegas Golden Knights (32-18-4) picked up their third consecutive win as they defeated the Anaheim Ducks (17-30-6), 7-2, on Sunday afternoon at T-Mobile Arena.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
Just over two minutes into the game, Paul Cotter found the roof of the net to put Vegas ahead, 1-0. Midway through the second, Keegan Kolesar set up Brett Howden to give the Golden Knights a 2-0 lead. Frank Vatrano scored late in the frame and the home team carried a 2-1 lead into the third. In the final frame, Shea Theodore, Phil Kessel and Jack Eichel scored to extend the Vegas advantage to 5-1. Isac Lundestrom tacked on a goal to make it 5-2, but Michael Amadio and William Carrier scored late goals to give the Golden Knights the 7-2 victory.

Shea Theodore: Theodore had a pair of points (1G, 1A) including the game-winning goal.
Jack Eichel: Eichel had a goal and an assist for the second game in a row.
William Carrier: Carrier set a new career-high in points as his goal and assist brought him to 22 points (14G, 8A).
Reilly Smith: Smith had a pair of assists in the victory.
Adin Hill: Hill rejected 22 of Anaheim's 24 shots for his career-best 12th win of the year.

During their three-game win streak, the Golden Knights have notched 17 goals. After back-to-back 5-1 wins on the road, the 7-2 victory on Sunday brought Vegas to 17 in the last three games.
