The Vegas Golden Knights (44-21-6) opened their three-game road trip with a 4-3 win against the Vancouver Canucks (31-34-6) on Tuesday Night at Rogers Arena.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
Phil Kessel opened the scoring for the second game in a row as he converted on a breakaway to give Vegas a 1-0 lead. Midway through the frame, Reilly Smith potted his 24th goal of the season to put the visitors up by a pair. After J.T. Miller scored on a penalty shot in the second period, Teddy Blueger buried his second goal as a Golden Knight to rebuild the two-goal lead. Miller scored again for Vancouver, but Pavel Dorofeyev's late goal allowed Vegas to carry the two-goal edge into the third period. Phillip Di Giuseppe had the only goal in the third period as the Golden Knights earned the 4-3 win.
