The Vegas Golden Knights suffered a 2-1 defeat to the Dallas Stars in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final on Saturday night at Rogers Place in Edmonton. The Stars now lead the series, 3-1.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
For the third game in a row, the first period passed without a goal. In the middle frame, the Golden Knights opened the scoring as Alec Martinez hammered home a power-play goal to give Vegas the 1-0 lead. Dallas returned fire as Joe Pavelski and Jamie Benn scored to put the Stars ahead, 2-1. Anton Khudobin finished the game with 32 saves to win the game for Dallas.
LOOKING AHEAD
The series continues with Game 5 at 5 p.m. PT Monday at Rogers Place in Edmonton as Vegas and Dallas battle on in the Western Conference Final.
