Marc-Andre Fleury turned aside all 29 shots he faced as the Vegas Golden Knights (10-2-1) blanked the Colorado Avalanche (7-4-1), 1-0, on Sunday afternoon at T-Mobile Arena.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
After the first 20 minutes passed without a score, Max Pacioretty buried his seventh of the year to put the Golden Knights ahead, 1-0. Vegas held that lead through 40 minutes and Fleury locked it down in the final frame as the Golden Knights took the shutout victory.
