VEGAS (March 1, 2022)- The Foley Entertainment Group (FEG) announced today, March 1, the purchase of Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard, a luxurious property in Dundee, OR. FEG plans to expand and enhance the already spectacular destination, which lies a short drive southwest of Portland in the Willamette Valley wine region.

"The beautiful Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard is a fitting addition to our growing portfolio of FEG hospitality entities," said Foley Entertainment Group Chairman Bill Foley. "The property aligns perfectly with our commitment to five-star experiences and fine wines, in a breathtaking setting and a part of the country that is very meaningful to our family."
Foley Entertainment Group co-CEO Randy Morton also announced that Executive Chef Chase Williams will continue to lead Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard's renowned culinary offerings.
"We are thrilled to welcome Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard to the Foley Entertainment Group family," said Morton. "The idyllic setting, luxurious accommodations and fine wines are complemented perfectly by the inspired work of Chef Chase Williams. His uniquely Oregonian menu, that evolves with the seasons, highlights the bounty of local farms surrounding the property, and his wine pairings make for an unforgettable experience that lives up to the five-star standards of the Foley Entertainment Group."
Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard is a nine-room, Tuscan-style villa overlooking the rolling vineyards, forests and farm fields of the Willamette Valley. Its vineyards feature 100 acres of pinot noir and chardonnay vines. FEG's plans for the property include expanding the number of guest rooms, adding a Foley Family Wines Guest Experience Center and increasing the private event offerings.
"We are excited to deepen our connection to Oregon, as we know the potential the region's climate and soil offers," said Foley Family Wines Executive Vice President Courtney Foley. "As a proud graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, I relish every visit to the state. The natural beauty and serenity of the Willamette Valley make it a wonderful location for a Foley Family Wines Guest Experience Center as we continue to enhance the property in the future."
Foley Family Wines features two Oregon wineries: The Four Graces - which is also in Dundee - and Acrobat. The Four Graces has had two wines named to the Wine Spectator Top 100 in the past four years.
Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard is the second major hospitality addition to the Foley Entertainment Group portfolio in six months, following the purchase of Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara, CA, in September 2021.
