On June 21, the Golden Knights will get their roster.
Or at least a majority of their roster, with Vegas scheduled to select one player from every other NHL team at the Expansion Draft at T-Mobile Arena.
As of today, of course, none of those players would have anything team-relayed to wear when they arrive in Las Vegas. That will change on June 20, when the Golden Knights' jerseys are unveiled for the first time.
On Thursday, we got a sneak peek at what those jerseys will look like.
Although there's still not many conclusions we can draw, this is at least an inkling of how we can expect the Golden Knights to look when they take the ice for their first season in 2017-18.
It looks like…a hockey jersey.
The rest of the jersey will be seen in its entirety on June 20, with the new players that arrive shortly thereafter able to immediately begin donning their new colors
For fans, the first crack at wearing the Golden Knights' new jerseys would come by placing preorders at the team's store at T-Mobile Arena beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 20.
The team store, "The Armory," will open for the first time at a media event on June 19, and then for the public on June 20.
