Senators acquire forward Jean-Christophe Beaudin from Colorado

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that the club has acquired forward Jean-Christophe (J.C.) Beaudinfrom the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for forward Max McCormick. Beaudin will be assigned to the Senators' American Hockey League affiliate in Belleville.

Beaudin, 21, has six goals and seven assists in 42 AHL games with the Colorado Eagles this season. The 6-2, 187-pound native of Longueuil, Que., was Colorado's third-round choice (71st overall) in the 2015 NHL Draft.
