On this date in 1987, Brian Propp's third-period goal in the Flyers' 4-1 win against the Kings in Los Angeles was his 300th in the NHL and as a Flyer.


He became just the fifth Flyer in history, and remains one of just seven Flyers, to record 300 goals as a Flyer.

Propp would finish his 11-year Flyers career with 369 goals, which is second on the Flyers All-Time List, and 849 points to rank third all-time in Flyers scoring.
