On this date in 2004, the Flyers lost to the Boston Bruins at the Wachovia Center, 4-3.

Boston broke a 2-2 second-period tie by scoring two goals in less than four minutes (at 16:47 of the second period and at 0:31 of the third period). John LeClair scored his second goal of the game at 15:23 of the third period to make the final score, 4-3.

The loss ended a unusual streak for the Flyers. The team was undefeated in their previous nine games played on February 19 (7-0-2).
