Giroux's top-shelf beauty in the final seconds of overtime rounds out the Final Four in the Play of the Year Tournament.
With almost a thousand votes cast, only fifty separated this OT performance and Brayden Schenn's goal on Martin Brodeur. But Claude Giroux proved to be the victor, where in the final 10 seconds of overtime on Mar. 18 at the Wells Fargo Center, he raced down the wing and fired a rocket through the Blackhawks defenseman and over the shoulder of Chicago netminder Antti Raanta to steal a victory in dramatic fashion over the defending Stanley Cup Champions.
Giroux's OT goal will go up against Mason's 'Best Save' in the tournament semifinals to determine who moves on in the 2013-14 Play of the Year Tournament.
