Following the team's morning skate and extra group of players skating in Voorhees, Flyers general manager Ron Hextall announced that the following players have been returned to their junior teams:

Connor Bunnaman (OHL - Kitchener), Samuel Dove-McFalls (QMJHL - Saint John), Carter Hart (WHL - Everett), Pascal Laberge (QMJHL - Victoriaville), Anthony Salinitri (OHL - Sarnia), Carsen Twarynski (WHL - Calgary).

In addition, the following players were released from their Amateur Try-Outs: Garrett McFadden and Brennan Menell.

Bunnaman, Dove-McFalls, Laberge, Salinitri and Twarynski all appeared in one preseason game for the Flyers, while Hart played the second half of the rookie game against the Islanders on Sept. 21, stopping all 11 shots he faced.

The moves leave the Flyers training camp roster at 56 players.
