Marc-Andre Bourdon will be available to play in Thursday's game at Toronto.
The Philadelphia Flyers announced today that they have recalled 6-0, 225-lb defenseman Marc-Andre Bourdon and 5-11, 175-lb goaltender Jason Bacashihua (buh-KAH-shoo-wuh) from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms, according to general manager Paul Holmgren.
Bourdon, 22 (9/17/89), has appeared in 39 games for the Flyers this season, recording two goals and two assists for four points along with a plus-1 rating. In 18 games for the Phantoms this season, Bourdon has a goal and three assists for four points along with 31 PIM.
Bacashihua, 29 (9/20/82), signed with the Flyers as a free agent last summer. He has appeared in 22 games for Adirondack this season and has a record of 8-10-1 with a 2.99 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage
