Flyers locker room under construction

by Staff Writer / Philadelphia Flyers
Preparations have begun for the 2012-13 season and one of the very first things on the housekeeping "to-do" list is the Flyers locker room.

A full photo gallery of the room is below, but before we get to it, a little background info.

The locker room is composed of a total of 10 rooms, many of which contain room within rooms for storage, equipment, etc.

Harry Lowe is the official painter of the Flyers locker rooms for both the Wells Fargo Center and Virtua Center Flyers Skatezone in Voorhees, N.J. He has been working on the Flyers locker room for the past 16 years.

Every year the crew re-paints the Flyers Hall of Fame border around the main locker room.

Wells Fargo Operations employees Steve Bromiley (left) and Joe Werthman take measurements of the sauna that is currently under construction inside the Flyers locker room at the Wells Fargo Center.
