by Staff Writer / Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers are teaming up with the Boy Scouts of America for a food drive on Wednesday, November 16 when they host the Pittsburgh Penguins at 7 p.m. All fans attending the game that night are encouraged to bring non-perishable or canned food items to the Wachovia Center. For each item donated, fans will receive a raffle ticket to enter to win a Flyers Experience. All food will be donated to the Food Bank of South Jersey.

The winner of the Flyers Experience will receive two tickets to an upcoming game including, VIP parking, dinner for two at Victor's Club and a post-game meet and greet.

At all five entrances of the Wachovia Center (Broad Street, 11th Street, VIP, Cingular Pavilion and Red Bell) there will be Boy Scouts collecting canned goods up until the end of the first period of the game.
