The Philadelphia Flyers have made the following transactions, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher:

The Flyers have acquired a fifth round pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft from the Washington Capitals (previously acquired from Vegas) in exchange for forward Michael Raffl.

In addition, the Flyers have acquired a seventh round pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft from the Montreal Canadiens (previously acquired from St. Louis) in exchange for defenseman Erik Gustafsson.

The Flyers will retain 25 percent of the remaining salary on Raffl, while also retaining 50 percent of the remaining salary on Gustafsson.
Raffl departs the Flyers after appearing in 504 regular season games in the NHL, all with the Flyers, over parts of eight seasons.
He recorded 81 goals and 79 assists for 160 points to go along with a career plus-minus of +11, and added eight points (5g-3a) in 28 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
He was awarded the Pelle Lindbergh Memorial Trophy as Most Improved Flyer in 2013-14 and posted a career-high 21-goal season in 2014-15.
He was originally signed as a Free Agent by the Flyers on May 31, 2013 and re-signed on three occasions during his stay in Philadelphia (2014, 2016 & 2019).
Gustafsson was in his first season with the Flyers after he signed a one-year contract on Oct. 12, 2020. He recorded 10 points (1g-9a) in 24 games this season.
