The Philadelphia Flyers have acquired defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for the club's first round pick (13th overall) in the 2021 NHL Draft, the Flyers' own second round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft and defenseman Robert Hagg, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.

* Ristolainen is entering the final year of a six-year contract worth 5.4M Average Annual Value (AAV).
