FIVE THINGS: Flyers vs. Toronto Maple Leafs

T he Flyers enter tonight’s game looking for their fourth straight win for what would be the first time this season… They have earned three straight wins averaging four goals per-game and out-scoring their opponent 12-7… The Maple Leafs enter tonight’s game looking to snap an eight-game winless skid dating back to Jan. 12, during which they have been out-scored 24-7… The Leafs have also dropped 11 of their last 12 overall games and 10 of their last 11 road outings… The Flyers have scored a power-play goal in each of their last five games and own the NHL’s fourth best power-play at 23.7%, and second-best on home ice at 28.7%… The Maple Leafs have scored just two goals on the power-play in their last eight games, going 2-for-25 in that stretch .
