Toronto Maple Leafs (0-0-0)
TV: CSN - RADIO: 97.5 The Fanatic

Tonight will be the ninth game the Flyers have played in London, Ont. at the Global Spectrum managed Budweiser Gardens… The Flyers own a 4-4-0 record in London, Ont. having dropped the last three games, including the last two games which were both decided by a shootout and combined for 19 rounds (8 rounds in 2011 & 11 rounds in 2010)… This is also the third time in the last four games at London that the Flyers will play the Toronto Maple Leafs.

It's not just the Flyers franchise returning to London, Ontario for tonight's preseason action. Some Flyers have called London home before: Zac Rinaldo played parts of two seasons with the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League, while 2012 Draft pick (2nd rd: 45th overall) Anthony Stolarz was in net for the Knights last season and helped them win the OHL Championship and entrance into the Memorial Cup Tournament.

The Flyers kick off their preseason slate tonight, which marks the first of three straight nights of preseason games for the Orange & Black that includes four contests in a three-day span… The Flyers will play two "split-squad" games on Monday, Sept. 16 and one game against the Rangers on Tuesday, Sept. 17 before taking an entire week off of game action… Tonight is also the first preseason game for the Maple Leafs, who play five preseason games in the next seven days… A couple players could make their debut in a Leafs uniform… New to the team are Dave Bolland, Jonathan Bernier and David Clarkson… Mason Raymond may also see time after signing a Try-Out with Toronto at Training Camp.

4. Player to watch FLYERS: Scott Laughton - (C) #21
The Flyers 2012 1st Round Draft pick (20th overall) will get in his second exhibition game as a Flyer this season after playing the Flyers-Capitals rookie game… The 19-year-old center is coming off of his third straight career-year in juniors after posting 23 goals and 56 points in 49 games with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League… Laughton also made the Flyers opening roster at the beginning of the 2012-13 season and appeared in five games with the team before returning to Oshawa… Laughton finished his season by posting a goal and two assists in six games with the Flyers' AHL affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms.

5. Player to watch MAPLE LEAFS: Morgan Rielly - (D) #44
Should Rielly be in the lineup, the Flyers will see the Maple Leafs top prospect on the blue line… The 19-year-old Rielly was the fifth overall pick in the 2012 Draft by the Leafs and is coming off a career-year in juniors by posting 54 points (12g-42a) in 60 games for the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League… He played for Canada in the 2013 World Junior Championships and finished his season with the team's AHL affiliate, the Toronto Marlies by appearing in 14 regular season games and eight Calder Cup Playoff games.

"There's a lot of things that we're looking at and people that we're looking at… There's plenty of guys who have opportunity and it's up to them to dig in."
