1. STRIVE FOR FIVE
The Flyers currently own a four-game winning streak having outscored their opponent, 17-7, in the process and have not allowed more than two goals in each game... They will be looking for five straight wins for the first time since their 10-game win streak last season and five straight in regulation for the first time since 2010 when they won six straight from Oct. 26-Nov. 11... Only two Flyers have recorded points in each of the four games of the streak with Wayne Simmonds and Michael Raffl recording five points each (3g-2a), however Jake Voracek leads the team with seven points, all assists, during the streak.

Despite their record, the Sabres come in having earned points in each of their last four games, going 2-0-2... After a 3-2 win vs. Ottawa in their last game, Buffalo is looking for back-to-back wins for the first time since Oct. 21-24... Elliott also has career-best numbers against the Sabres, owning an 11-1-2 mark with a 1.85 GAA and .938 save percentage in 14 appearances.

He has points in four of his last five games, recording five points (1g-4a) in that stretch... He leads the team in assists (16) and is second in points (24) having played in all 31 games... The second overall pick in 2015 has the second-most games played (173), goals (56), assists (81) and points (137) of his draft class... He also has three goals and four points in five career games against the Flyers.
