What: The 39th annual Flyers Cup Scholastic Championships, a prestigious postseason tournament for Philadelphia-area high school hockey teams. Winners of the Flyers Cup A, AA, and AAA divisions will meet the winners of Western Pennsylvania's Penguins Cup for the Pennsylvania State Championships on Saturday, March 24th at Ice Line in West Chester.
Who: The top 52 high school hockey teams from throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, separated into five tiers (AAA, AA, A, New Jersey/Delaware and Girls).
Participating teams come from six local high school leagues: Inter-County Scholastic Hockey League (ICSHL), Suburban High School Hockey League (SHSHL), South Jersey High School Ice Hockey League (SJHSIHL), Central Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League (CPIHL), Lehigh Valley Scholastic Hockey League (LVSHL), and Delaware Scholastic Hockey Association (DSHA). Tournament games for the 2018 Flyers Cup will be played at nine different rinks in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Looking to defend their 2017 Flyers Cup titles are Holy Ghost Prep (AAA), Downingtown East (AA), West Chester Rustin (A), Salesianum (NJ/DE), and Unionville (Girls).
When: Preliminary-round games begin on Monday, March 5th, with the Championship games taking place on the following dates:

Girls Final - Thursday, March 15 @ 6:30 PM (Ice Line, West Chester, PA)
AA Final - Thursday, March 15 @ 7:00 PM (Hatfield Ice, Colmar, PA)
