Gaudreau was Hockey East's leading scorer with 21 goals and 51 points in 35 games, Agostino's 17 goals and 40 goals not only led Yale in scoring but he was third overall the ECAC Hockey scoring race and Gillies' incredible play led the Friars all the way to the Hockey East semi-finals.
The other players named to the All-Star team were Steven Whitney (Boston College), Mike Collins (Merrimack), Brett Gensler (Bentley), Joe Pendenza (UMass Lowell), Trevor van Riemsdyk (New Hampshire), Chad Ruhwedel (UMass Lowell), Mike Matheson (Boston College), Jordan Heywood (Merrimack) and Eric Hartzell (Quinnipiac).
The team was created via votes from Division I coaches and respective media outlets throughout New England. Awards will be handed out at this year's banquet, which will be held on Tuesday, April 16 at the Prince Restaurant in Saugus, MA.
