inadvertantly kicked out a dump-in right on to left winger Ryan Jones' stick. Knowing Kiprusoff wasn't in position, he rifled off a shot far side thinking he had an easy goal. However, Kiprusoff snared the puck with his glove in a highlight-reel save.
Overall, the netminder made 21 saves in the win. He is now won eight straight against the Oilers in the Scotiabank Saddledome.HUGE SECOND PERIOD PENALTY KILL
Midway through the second period, Olli Jokinen
accidently smacked Ladislav Smid in the chops with his stick as he headed towards the bench and was sent to the sin bin for four minutes.

The captain looked like a man possessed on Saturday night and could have easily had four or five goals if it wasn't for the post and a couple of of excellent saves by Dubnyk.
