BLAKE COLEMAN ON GETTING THE WIN:

ON HIGH-SCORING AFFAIR:

"It's not an ordinary game, but it's the build-up of 30 years or whatever it's been. A lot of excitement, a lot of jump. But if our team is going to be successful, we've got a lot of work to do."

MATTHEW TKACHUK ON ALL THE OFFENCE:

"Not good, not good at all. That was probably our worst game of the playoffs so far. We got super lucky, that's just not the recipe for success. Maybe we win this one, but we're not going to win many more if we're going to play like that. I thought we had a great start. The second period really got away from us. And then, I think, once we got a lead in the third, but we just have to be better with the team. We had a four-goal lead twice. ... We'll be better next game."

RASMUS ANDERSSON ON CRAZY NIGHT:

"A lot of goals. For and against. It's not the way we should play and are going to play going forward here. We gave up three, four-goal leads and that's not the way we're going to play. So, we'll learn from it and move on."

ON RESPONDING AFTER THE 6-6 GOAL:

"That's what we've done all year. We've been persistent and we don't let adversity change too much in our dressing room and I think we showed that tonight by getting the seventh, eighth goal. ... We beared down. (But) we left Marky out to dry too much today."

ON IMPROVING FOR GAME 2:

"Sure, we scored a lot of goals tonight, but our defensive play needs to be way better. You're not going to win a lot of games when you let in six goals, that's for sure."

DARRYL SUTTER ON 9-6 GAME:

"We were told that it was a boring series last time, so I told the players yesterday that we had to score 7-to-10 goals today, knowing full-well they would probably score 5-to-8 and then we could win. That's what we did."

ON TKACHUK'S HAT-TRICK:

"I think there's some energy to his game, some emotion - controlled - which is good."

ON HOW IT PLAYED OUT:

"It was a strange game. We scored on our first two shots. There were probably six different games out there."
