DARRYL SUTTER ON RETURNING TO COACHING:

ON MEASURING SUCCESS:

"What matters is how many games you've coached in the playoffs, how many you've won, and how many championships. That's what drives me. That's what I believe and honestly, there are guys that have coached for a long time - career coaches - and they've never won nothin'. I guess that's why they're career coaches. I'm the other way where you do get to choose your teams a little bit ... but at the same time, you have a life, too, and you want to make sure it's the right place. I'm from Alberta, my family's from Alberta, and I said, 'Yep, that's a good place.'"

"That's what drives me"

MARK GIORDANO ON DEFENDING MCDAVID:

"I think we need to have four lines going and six D, because they play so much, that line. Him and (Leon) Draisaitl basically play every other shift for most the game. It's tough to match when guys are playing that much; you need everyone going. With skilled players, you've got to take away time and space, so we've got to do that tomorrow."

ON BELIEF IN THE LOCKER-ROOM:

"We're still not even close where we want to be. What are we, a game over .500? There's a lot of work to do, but I think we have confidence in the way we're playing. We're playing quick and we're giving ourselves a chance to win, which is what we have to do for the rest of the year."

"We’re giving ourselves a chance to win"

OLIVER KYLINGTON ON BEING BACK IN THE LINEUP:

"I think it's a fresh start for everyone. We've been playing great these two games here with Darryl; I think we play with a lot of structure and guys know what to do out there. To play with speed and quick puck movement, it's making it easy for everyone to play good hockey right now and we just need to stick with it here."

ON WAITING FOR HIS OPPORTUNITY:

"I think half of it is mental. Physically, you're dialled in and working hard, but mentally you need to be pretty sharp and prepared when the opportunity comes. Mentally is the biggest part and that's been helping me stay sharp."

"We've been playing great these two games"

DILLON DUBE ON SUCCESS OF HIS LINE:

"I think it's been good of late, especially these (last) two games, I think our line has been around it a lot. We've had a lot of chances and they're going to start going in for us. Our chemistry is going, for sure, and when that's going, it helps you individually. Especially at the pace we're going, our game is better because you're doing things quicker. It's a lot of fun out there with the way we're executing as a line."
