DARRYL SUTTER ON ROAD TRIP:

NOAH HANIFIN ON GOING STATESIDE:

"It's a good time for the team to bond a bit. It's important for us to get off to a good start here tonight. It's been awhile since we've had a real road trip in the States and able to spend some quality time together as a team so we're all pretty excited for it."

"It's a good time for the team to bond a bit"

TYLER PITLICK ON FLAMES DEBUT:

"It feels great. It felt like a long time since I've been around the guys in the morning getting ready for a game. It's exciting, I feel good and ready to go. For me it's going out there playing my game, showing my teammates and coaches what I bring and brig the elements I bring, getting physical, good fore-check, playing simple and blocking shots."

"I feel good, I'm ready to go"

HANIFIN ON MINDSET FOR TONIGHT:

"It's just about us, we touched about that this morning in our meeting. We just have to play our game, play to our identity and get off to a good start. Anytime you are on the road that's obviously huge. We haven't seen these guys in a couple years, they have a few new young guys who are pretty skilled and good players. It'll be a challenge for sure, they are off to a pretty good start but we'll be ready."

SUTTER ON SPECIAL TEAMS:

"To me that stuff is off to the side in terms of shot volume. How you score is one thing and the other part is what you have to do to score. We played well enough to win games with scoring those two goals. We had a much better time last game in terms of penalty-kills and that's really important. We play teams with really good power plays, and if you look around the league power plays and penalty-kills are what make the difference in games. Even the team we are playing tonight, they won their last game 4-1 and they scored a powerplay goal in the third period, those are the differences in games. Our special teams can be a lot better."
