A rundown on what was talked about at this morning's media availability at the 'Dome

On each team's winning streaks:

"There's obviously playoff implications all around. I think they're going to be fighting down the stretch with Ottawa to because Ottawa has won a bunch in a row so the points are big for them, the points are big for us. Anytime you have these streaks you don't want them to end. It's a good feeling so you want to keep it going." - Mark Giordano

"This is a big game, obviously. It's important for our team and we know what happened last time we played them. We need to have a good start and be ready all night." - Sean Monahan

On facing Montreal:

"With Montreal, there's such a great feeling. It's such an exciting game, usually, to be in. Whether I was in Dallas or Vancouver or Calgary, whenever a team like Montreal comes in, it always makes it an exciting game." - Glen Gulutzan

On the Flames' play since their loss in Montreal in January:

"We didn't have a great trip but that's behind us. Obviously we're playing better hockey now and we're confident. We've got to keep rolling and keep building as a group." - Monahan

"When we got into a rut there, we had a really good first period and then they scored late and the wheels started to come off after that. We've gone on a run here and we haven't gotten into trouble because when we do get down, we're sticking with our game plan and we've got to continue that." - Giordano

On Brian Elliott's performance in recent games:

"In all the games I've been here, he's been outstanding. Bailed us out on numerous chances against. He's been a really good player for us." - Michael Stone

On facing a more physical Habs team than the one they played in January:

"I think that's going to be playoff hockey now. I think you're going to see more and more of those hard, physical games. I think that's just the nature of the time of year." - Stone
