CALGARY, AB -- The Regina Pats had a big week to close out the month of November and Calgary Flames prospect Morgan Klimchuk played a large part in their success.
The Calgary, AB product scored three goals and five points in three games last week, pushing his team to a trio of victories.
On Nov. 26, Klimchuk scored a pair of goals in a 5-2 win over the Prince George Cougars and was named the first star of the game. On Nov. 28, he picked up one goal in a 7-3 win over the Kamloops Blazers. He closed out the week with pair of assists in the Pats' 3-1 victory over the Kelowna Rockets and was once again named the game's first star for his efforts.
Klimchuk has nine goals and 20 points in 18 games this season. The 19-year-old was selected in the first round (28th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.
