PITTSBURGH - There's one big question mark for tonight's game with the Penguins: Will TJ Brodie play?

The defenceman - who suffered a scary incident during practice on Nov. 14 and has not played since - joined the team on this road trip prior to the Flames tilt in Philly, and took part in an optional skate at PPG Paints Arena Sunday, providing the team with a emotional boost

He took part in the club's morning skate today alongside longtime d-partner Mark Giordano.

Head coach Bill Peters said the veteran blue-liner will be a game-time decision tonight.

His return would provide a significant boost to the team's backend as they look to win their second game in a row.

"Right away, it adds to the depth of our lineup," said associated coach Geoff Ward. "That's good. Our depth has been getting tested lately. Having him come back into the lineup you got a guy that can jump right back into your top-four. That's certainly going to help."
