ANAHEIM - There will be some changes to the Flames team that faces the Ducks tonight at the Honda Center.
The team is already without Andrew Mangiapane, who stayed back in Calgary for this two-game road trip with an upper-body injury suffered in the win over the Red Wings Thursday night.
Winger Sam Bennett left Saturday's night loss to the Kings and his status to play tonight hasn't been confirmed.
"Our roster is going to be determined following treatment," said head coach Bill Peters at the team's media availability Sunday morning. The club did not skate. "Obviously Benny left the game, so if something needs to happen it will happen (this afternoon)."
The team also announced today they have recalled Alan Quine from the AHL's Stockton Heat and assigned defenceman Oliver Kylington to their farm team.
Quine, a native of Belleville, Ont., played in 13 games for the Flames in 2018-19 scoring three goals and adding two assists for five points and six penalty minutes. Quine led the Stockton Heat in scoring in his 41 games in the AHL last season notching 19 goals and 33 assists for 52 points. The 26-year-old forward has 97 games of NHL experience spilt between the New York Islanders and the Flames where he has recorded nine goals and 18 assists for 27 points in his NHL career.
Peters confirmed Cam Talbot will get the start in net tonight.
