Here's our question and answer with Leopold.

Pick one word to describe yourself?

Leopold: Determined.

If you weren't a hockey player, what would you be doing?

Leopold: Most guys like to say golfers, but if I didn't play hockey I would have gone to college and probably would have been in some kind of trade, I don't know what it would be, but maybe a plumber, an electrician or maybe a heat and air conditioning guy, but something in some sort of commercial trade probably.

It's a Saturday night and you're not playing hockey. What would you be doing?

Leopold: I would be watching TV. No specific shows on a Saturday night, but normally spending some time with my daughter, watching some TV and relaxing on the couch.

What's your favourite food?

Leopold: I like donuts. Donuts are good, but I don't have very many anymore.

What's your favourite Calgary Restaurant?

Leopold: I like the Cheesecake Cafe because they have fresh brewed ice tea, which I ended up loving.

Who is your favourite band right now?

Leopold: I don't really have a favourite type of music. Pretty much whatever's on the radio, I'll end up listening to. A long time ago, my favourite band use to be AC/DC, but they're kind of getting old as the time goes on and times change, so I just listen to anything.

What is your favourite television show?

Leopold: I would have to say The Amazing Race. I try to watch it every week if I can. I've pretty much watched every one of them, since they've started them, so I enjoy them a lot.

What was the first car you owned?

Leopold: A '86 Chevrolet Celebrity. Nice and gray.

Which pro athlete would you most like to spend time with?

Leopold: I think Tiger Woods. I think it would be kind of fun to spend some time with him, since he's on a high pedestal and done a diverse number of things and the audience that follows him is just amazing. It's a world renowned audience, so to see what happens everyday would be neat.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Leopold: I would have to say Hawaii. I've been there once before and ended up loving it; I've also been to Europe a few times, but as far as paradise, peace and serenity, I would have to say Hawaii.

You have a few hours to kill. Do you read a book or play a video game?

Leopold: I would say book for now. It use to be video games a couple years ago, but ever since I've been playing with my daughter, things have changed, so I would have to say book. I'm reading a book called Velocity, which is a mystery/thriller. I just started it the other day and I haven't read a book probably for about a year, so I figured it was time to change it up and turn the TV off and start reading again.

Playstation or X-Box?

Leopold: I have a Playstation. I don't play it anymore. It collects more dust than anything, but if I had a choice or preference, I would say Playstation.

Worst job you've ever had?

Leopold: Well I haven't had too many jobs since I played hockey. I had a warming house attendant job, which was at an outdoor hockey rink, opening up the warming house. It was pretty easy, so I can't say it was the worst job, but maybe the worst jobs that I get are from my parents, so I would say chores. Does that count as a job?
