Calgary Flames prospect Adam Ollas Mattsson has been named to Sweden's preliminary 2016 World Junior Championship roster.

The 19-year-old Stockholm product is playing for Djurgårdens IF in the Swedish Hockey League this season. In 20 games in Sweden's top league, the defenceman has one goal, three points, and is a plus-two.

He has represented his country on multiple occasions, including helping Sweden capture gold at the U17 World Hockey Challenge in 2013 and suiting up for four games at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial tournament that same year.

The Flames selected Ollas Mattsson in the sixth round (175th overall) in the 2014 NHL Draft.
