After falling behind 1-0 in the first period, the Flames stormed back in the final two periods and scored six goals on Canucks goaltender Austin Lotz.
Three of the Flames six goals came on the power play. The Canucks ended the night with 39 penalty minutes while the Flames registered 28 penalty minutes.
The Michael Ferland-Markus Granlund-Josh Jooris line combined for seven points in the victory.
The Flames outshot the Canucks 41-15.
With their totals on Monday, Ferland, Granlund, and Jooris took the tournament lead in scoring. Ferland notched six points while Granlund and Jooris each had five points. Ferland also led all skaters with four goals.
After a high elbow to Johnny Gaudreau's head, Frank Corrado recieved a game misconduct and 5:00 elbowing major.
Mason McDonald made 14 saves in his second consecutive start.
