IIHF World Championships to be streamed live

CALGARY, AB -- On Thursday, the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) announced all 64 games in the 2012 Men's World Championships will be streamed live on a dedicated YouTube channel.

The tournament, which runs from 4 to 20 May in Helsinki, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden, features two Flames players. Defenceman Jay Bouwmeester will suit up for Team Canada while blueliner Chris Butler has been named to Team USA's roster.

The channel - www.youtube.com/icehockey - will feature daily highlights as well as the live, on-demand games. The service is free of charge.
