Flames recall Max Reinhart & Corban Knight from Abbotsford

CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled forwards Corban Knight and Max Reinhart from the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.

Knight, a native of High River, Alberta, is fourth in all offensive categories for the Abbotsford Heat this season with 14 goals, 23 assists for 37 points and 39 penalty minutes in 57 games in his first professional season.


BORN: High River, AB DATE: September 10, 1990

HEIGHT: 6’2” WEIGHT: 200 lbs.


DRAFTED: FLA – 5th rd (135th overall) in the 2009 NHL Draft

HOW ACQUIRED: Trade with Florida in exchange for Calgary’s 4th pick in the 2013 NHL Draft on June 18, 2013.

Reinhart, a native of North Vancouver, BC, currently leads the Abbotsford Heat in scoring with 17 goals and 28 assists for 45 points and 28 penalty minutes in 51 games this season. This is his second recall to the Flames this season after playing four games in November.
