Flames recall Ladislav Smid from Stockton

CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled defenceman Ladislav Smid from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Stockton Heat.

Smid, a native of Frydlant, Czech Republic, has played just four games with the Flames this season after injuries cost him 51 games in 2014-15. Smid played one game for the Stockton Heat during his conditioning assignment.
