Flames prospects prepare for game with University of Calgary Dinos

CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames prospects returned home from The Young Stars tournament in Penticton, BC today with a 2-1 record. The next competition for the prospects will be a game against the University of Calgary Dinos Men’s Hockey Team on Wednesday, September 17th at Father David Bauer Arena. Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m.

This will be the third consecutive training camp in which the Dinos and the Flames prospects will face-off. Hockey fans will get their first opportunity to see the Flames prospects prior to the opening of main training camp later this week (full main camp details to be announced in ensuing days).

Last season, the Dinos finished with a regular season record of 21-4-3. The University of Calgary men’s hockey team will hope to make its way back to the CIS University Cup this upcoming season, for the first time since 2010-11.

Senior (60+) - $10.00

Youth (7-17) - $8.00

Under 6 - FREE

Tickets are available online and at the door. Additionally, students can purchase tickets on campus through Wednesday.
