CALGARY -The Calgary Flames announced today that they have assigned forward Spencer Foo, defenceman Rasmus Andersson, and goaltender Jon Gillies to the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League
Foo, a native of Edmonton, Alberta, skated in four games for the Flames this season scoring two goals including his first career NHL goal on April 5th in Winnipeg. Foo is having a sensational year in Stockton where he has 20 goals and 17 assists for 37 points in 59 games in his first professional season.

Andersson, a native of Malmo, Sweden, has seen action in ten games for the Flames this season. The AHL All-Star has been very impressive in his second professional season with eight goals and 30 assists for 38 points with the Stockton Heat this season.

Gillies has seen action in 36 games in Stockton this year sporting a 15-15-3 record with a 2.54 GAA and a .916 SV%.
